Gallery Event | May the Art be with you — Spring Group Exhibition

Join us during peak Tulip Time in Holland, Michigan for a burst of spring color (not only from the flowers) but from our spring exhibition! Plus: Around 5:00PM, the artists will be briefly featured to speak to their artistic process, as a vital part of what makes their art  unique, and something that may just stay “with you”.

Collaboration | MMA Postcard Salon Exhibition & Art Sale

The Muskegon Museum of Art’s annual Postcard Salon Exhibition is back! Which also means we will be back as a partner, selling ready-made miniature frames and glass for the 4x6 inch post card art. Join us for this fun community event, and maybe find some new art of your own! The Frame and Mat Shop donates 100% of proceeds from the sale of frames and glass to the Muskegon Museum of Art.

Gallery Concert | A Broadway Holiday by Exit Left Theatre Company

Join us for Exit Left's A Broadway Holiday for a seasonal concert the whole family can enjoy! Marilyn Caserta (who just recently finished her run in Six the Musical on Broadway) will be performing with crowd favorites Davon Williams and Exit Left Founder Jamie Colburn. You can expect incredible music from Broadway classics to holiday favorites. The Frame and Mat Shop Gallery presents: Live Demo Night. A group exhibition centered around the theme of creativity experienced live. Join us to kick off fall in Holland with artists at work, live vibraphone music, and autumn hors d’oeuvres. Plus - enter drawings to win original art by our lovely artists, or F&M Shop gift certificates!

Couldn’t join us? Well, it’s not too late! A selection of art from these local artists will remain on display and available in the Holland gallery through October  31st.

We welcomed the community to an open house at the Holland gallery, featuring local artists and their latest original works. We enjoyed a beautiul spring evening together with live music and hors d’oeuvres. Frame design consultations were also available.

We hosted a cozy event to showcase the latest works of local artists, Sandy Meyer and Mary Lanka. The evening included wine, hors d’oeuvres artist demos, and an art prize raffle!
